DATA ARCHITECTURE REQUIREMENTS TOOL (DART)

The ITS services are supported with technology based modeling and simulation automation to reduce cost and increase efficiency for the rapid assessment and execution of plans for critical issues.  The capabilities for these services are made possible using best practices that include cost-effective, structured, repeatable, and online capabilities and methods to deliver data-based assessments at significantly less cost than traditional technologies, methods, and processes.

The ITS model for providing professional services to agencies for managing their mission oriented business projects or programs and achieving mission performance goals includes:

  • Front-End Analysis to define and set up scenarios, structures and critical issues (data items) to provide purpose/framework for the data-based assessment of the mission-oriented business projects or programs and achieving mission performance goals. The Front-End Analysis includes assessment survey planning, design, testing, and development.

  • Data Operations for administering assessments and selecting the structure and data units to be examined and obtaining, managing, and processing mission-oriented project or program and performance goals data for analyses. The inputs are downloaded in real-time and compiled for analysis.

  • Data Analysis to validate, analyze, and automatically report mission-oriented project or program and performance goals data in real-time; we also include stakeholder briefings. The analysis options include level and status thresholds, trends, and stakeholder perspectives.

  • Information Operations to prepare, execute, and report agency plan execution, including stakeholder briefings. The ITS services include preparing next generation plans for mission-oriented project or program and performance goals while continuing to operate in the current generation. The U.S. Patents No. 8,407,177 and 8,423,498 awarded to ITS, supports the automation
